Food Vendor Registration

SPACES AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME, first served basis. This year we are limiting the number of food vendors with no duplication of food types. Along with your application you must submit a proposed itemized list of menu offerings. Gates open on Friday, May 21, 2010 at noon for food booth(s) set up. All vendors must be set up and operating no later than Saturday, May 22 at 11:00 am (when gates open to the public). Vendors must vacate Fairgrounds by 8:00pm on Sunday, May 23.

Two-day minimum required (Saturday & Sunday) at $500.00 total per space, due in advance. The Fairgrounds requires $200.00 of the $500.00 rental amount, which we are including in the total this year. All food vendors must provide proof of insurance and a copy of their current Monterey County Health Permit along with their application, submitted in advance to Gateway Center.

Two-day minimum required (Saturday & Sunday) at $300.00 total per space. Rental fees and proof of insurance are due in advance. Any necessary items for booth set up, including tables and chairs, are the responsibility of the vendor.

If you do not have insurance, you can purchase special event insurance (one time use only) from Gateway Center for $40.00 (Merchandise Vendors). If you need to purchase this insurance call Anne Meyer Cook at 831-372-8002 x 12. Non-profits and information booths will also be required to have insurance.
