TIER ONE SPONSORSHIPS

Sponsorships of many levels are available for the Sixth Annual Monterey Rock & Rod Festival. Help support Gateway Center of Monterey County, Inc. while marketing your business or product to a captive audience during this great event and afterward.

We expect hundreds of custom and classic cars, motorcycles and spectators over the three days.

MAJOR SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

GOLD (Limited to 1) $15,000+

  • Name incorporation into the event logo as official sponsor
  • Signs/banners throughout the event grounds (supplied by sponsor) (4)

BRONZE (Limited to 5) $5,000–9,999

  • Access to VIP Hospitality Room

TIER TWO SPONSORSHIPS

The Monterey Rock & Rod Festival offers corporate, business, and personal sponsors a choice of comprehensive packages to help meet their marketing objectives. If a Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsorship is not suitable for you, then try one or more of our additional marketing opportunities. This event not only attracts classic and custom car owners, but auto enthusiasts and music lovers alike. It is a great opportunity to introduce your company or product to a dedicated audience.

SOCK HOP $4,000

As the sponsor of the Sock Hop, you would be allowed to display four (4) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; one (1) sign or banner in the Monterey Room where the Sock Hop will be held Friday night; be listed as sponsor and have a quarter page, full color ad in program; receive six (6) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

ENTERTAINMENT $4,000

As the sponsor of Entertainment, you would be allowed to display four (4) signs and/or banners at the event grounds and around the Payton and Local’s Stages; one (1) sign or banner in the Monterey Room where the Sock Hop will be held Friday night; be listed as sponsor and have a quarter page, full color ad in program; receive six (6) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

SOUND & LIGHTING $4,000

(Three sponsors @ $4000 each are needed for this category)
As a sponsor of Sound and Lighting, you would be allowed to display four (4) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; be listed as sponsor and have a quarter page, full color ad in program; receive six (6) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

AWARDS $4,000

As the sponsor of Awards, you would be allowed to display four (4) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; be listed as a sponsor in program; have a quarter page, full color ad in program; receive six (6) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

TELEVISION $3,000

As the sponsor of Television Advertising, you would be allowed to display three (3) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; be listed as sponsor in program; receive four (4) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

SOUVENIRS $3,000

As the sponsor of Souvenirs, you would be allowed to display three (3) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; be listed as sponsor in program; have an eighth page, full color ad in program; receive four (4) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

VIP HOSPITALITY ROOM $3,000

As the sponsor of the VIP Room, you would be allowed to display three (3) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; a banner displayed in the Hospitality Room; be listed as a sponsor in program, have an eighth page, full color ad in program; receive four (4) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

GROUNDS AREA $3,000

As the sponsor of the Grounds Area, you would be allowed to display three (3) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; be listed as sponsor in program; have an eighth page, full color ad in program; receive four (4) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

PAYTON & LOCAL’S STAGES $3,000

As the sponsor of the Payton and Local’s Stages, you would be allowed to display three (3) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; be listed as sponsor in program; have an eighth page, full color ad in program; receive four (4) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

R.V. & TRAILER PARKING $2,000

As the sponsor of this parking area you would be allowed to display two (2) signs/banners at the event grounds, be listed as sponsor in program, receive two (2) complimentary VIP passes*, four (4) two-day admission tickets, an event poster, and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

RADIO ADVERTISING $2,000

As the sponsor of Radio Advertising you would be allowed to display two (2) signs/banners at the event grounds; be listed as sponsor in program, receive two (2) complimentary VIP passes*, four (4) two-day admission tickets, an event poster, and have access to the VIP Hospitality Room.

TICKETS $2,000

As the sponsor of Tickets, you would be allowed to display two (2) signs and/or banners at the event grounds; your logo and other information will be imprinted on back of tickets and on online ticket printouts; be listed as sponsor in program; receive two (2) complimentary VIP passes*; four (4) two-day admission tickets; an event poster; and have access

SALINAS ROOM $1,000

As the sponsor of this room you would be listed as sponsor in program; have your name added to the large MRRF room sign as sponsor; receive four (4) two-day admission tickets; two (2) tickets to Friday night’s Sock Hop; and an event poster.

KING CITY ROOM $1,000

As the sponsor of this room you would be listed as sponsor in program; have your name added to the large MRRF room sign as sponsor; receive four (4) two-day admission tickets; two (2) tickets to Friday night’s Sock Hop; and an event poster.

TIER THREE SPONSORSHIPS

SOCK HOP TABLE SPONSOR $100 per table

This is for table sponsorship in the Monterey Room during the Friday Night Sock Hop, May 20, 2011 at 6:00pm. Sponsorships include 8” x 10” color display with sponsors name/logo on both sides displayed on table, plus 2 tickets to the Sock Hop.

MERCHANT AWARD PROGRAM $75 per plaque

Each year we present participants with Merchant Awards for their participation in the event. This is a great opportunity to show your sponsorship of this worthy event and have your name or business permanently engraved on an award which you can present to the car of your choice.

First, determine the number of merchant award specialty plaques your business or organization wishes to present. Your name, business or organization name will be engraved on the plaque. You will also receive two (2) complimentary two-day tickets to the festival.

LIABILITY: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, the vendor, by execution of this entry form, releases and discharges Monterey Rock & Rod Festival, Gateway Center, Monterey County Fairgrounds, the City of Monterey and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and servants, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Monterey Rock & Rod Festival, of and from all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims, from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by vendor to his person or property. Further, each vendor expressly agrees to indemnify all of the forgoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of vendors or any participants assisting or cooperating with vendors and under the direction or control of vendors. Vendors agree that participation in any contests, games, or activities may be limited. Vendor realizes that this is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be granted due to weather. Refunds will be granted however, if written notice is received 30 days prior to event. Registered vendors must be 18 years of age or older. I have read this form and agree to all conditions of the Monterey Rock & Rod Festival application and to rules governing the event as set forth on this form and agree to observe all the rules and directions of the event management.
